Lisa Giruzzi’s new book, Bringing Out the Best in Your Employees, while written for people in formal leadership positions contains some great career success advice –for leaders and people not in formal leadership positions. Learning and applying the ideas in Lisa’s book will put you on the road to career success – and will probably help you get promoted into a people leader position. The most important point here is that you can’t not communicate – everything you do and say, every little eye movement or body shift communicates to the people around you. Get conscious about how you communicate and you will become not only a better communicator, you’ll become the life and career success you deserve to be.
