Client may record (audio or video) keynotes and seminar for internal use only. Fees for this service will be negotiated separately.

• Payment
• 50% on contracting.
• Balance to be paid two weeks prior to event.
• Expenses — air, ground, hotel and shipping will be billed at cost and are payable upon receipt by client.
